All Care Services is seeking caring individuals to join our Windsor-area team as Care Assistants, providing person-centred home care to older adults in their own homes. The role focuses on dignity, independence, and well-being, with training and support to help you succeed.

We offer guaranteed hours and a clear shift pattern (AM/PM) across flexible full-time or part-time positions, with full induction and progression opportunities in a local setting.

Location: AcrossHigh Wycombe, Windsor, Reading, Newbury and Maidenhead.

Salary: £13.10 – £13.27 per hour.Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.
