Job summary

All Care Services in West Sussex is recruiting Care Assistants to provide person-centred home care across Horsham and surrounding towns. Join a friendly, local team with grouped visits, advanced rotas and minimal gaps between calls.

We offer guaranteed hours with permanent contracts, paid training, and opportunities to gain NVQ qualifications. Travel by car is required; a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are preferred.

Location: Across Horsham, Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and Bognor.

Salary: £13.45 per hour.
