Job summary

All Care is recruiting Care Assistants to support older adults across West Sussex, including Crawley. You will deliver person-centred care in home settings, help with daily tasks, meals, and companionship, and contribute to independence and dignity.

No prior experience required; full training provided. Travel within the Crawley/West Sussex area is preferred, and UK driving may be beneficial. Permanent contracts with guaranteed hours and flexible shifts are available.

Location: Across Horsham, Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and Bognor.

Salary: £13.45 per hour.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Crawley area helping them regain independence in their own homes.
