All Care is seeking a Care Assistant to join our local care team across Southampton, Hedge End, and Eastleigh. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.53 with enhanced pay on public holidays, and flexible hours to fit your schedule.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and induction are provided. We focus on person-centred care that supports independence and dignity in the community.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Hedge End and helping them regain independence in their own homes. Your duties include:

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed - full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, Drivers with a Full UK licence, your own vehicle and business insurance.
• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
• Good English communication skills
