Job summary

All Care Services in East Sussex is hiring Care Assistants to join our local team serving Lewes, Hove, Brighton, Woodingdean and Eastbourne. You will deliver person-centred care to older adults in their own homes, helping them regain independence with dignity and compassion.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. We offer guaranteed hours, flexible shift patterns, and opportunities to complete NVQ qualifications while supporting the community we serve.

Salary: £14.25 - £15-75 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

• Travel Requirements:This is a community-based role,Drivers with a Full Uk licence, your own vehicle and business insurance, non-drivers also welcome as we provide a free local bus pass to support your travel.
