All Care Services is hiring a Care Assistant to support older adults across West Sussex, including Bognor, Horsham, Crawley and East Grinstead. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily activities, meals, and companionship, helping clients regain independence in their own homes.

No previous experience required – full training is provided. We offer guaranteed hours, flexible shifts, paid mileage, pension and ongoing development opportunities in a supportive local team.

Salary: £13.45 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role

• Travel Requirements:This is a community-based role,Drivers with a Full Uk licence, your own vehicle and business insurance.

• Good English communication skills
