Job summary

The Willows Care Home in Hinckley, Leicestershire, is looking for a friendly Care Assistant to join a supportive team delivering person-centred daily care for 31 residents. This role focuses on dignity, independence and overall wellbeing, with training and ongoing development provided.

The Willows Care Home is a 31 bed care home located in the market town of Hinckley, Leicestershire. Providing residential and residential dementia care, the home offers a warm and welcoming environment where colleagues work together to provide high quality, person centred care. Care Assistant Contract

• Contracted to 33 hours per week
• Paid DBS pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
