Job summary

The Willows Care Home in Hinckley, Leicestershire, is recruiting a Care Assistant to deliver high quality, person-centred care focused on dignity and independence. You will support residents with daily living, following care plans and working within a friendly team to ensure wellbeing and comfort.

Open to experienced carers or newcomers; full training and development are provided. The role is full-time (33 hours per week), with days and nights available and a supportive workplace culture.

Providing residential and residential dementia care, the home offers a warm and welcoming environment where colleagues work together to provide high quality, person centred care. Care Assistant Contract

• Contracted to 33 hours per week
• Paid DBS pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
