Job summary

Care Concern Group's White House Care Home in Letchworth Garden City is seeking a Care Assistant to provide personal care, mobility support, nutrition and emotional wellbeing to residents, following care plans and ensuring dignity and respect.

This role welcomes both experienced carers and newcomers, with full training, guidance and ongoing development. You will work as part of a supportive team in a warm, person-centred environment where every resident matters.

Job description

A purpose-built, luxury care home positioned within the quiet residential area of Letchworth Garden City. We provide Residential, Nursing, Respite and Dementia care for 50-residents.

Care Assistant Contract

• £12.71 per hour
• Contracted to 44 hours per week
• Paid DBS pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
