Agincare is recruiting a Care Assistant to join our caring team in Havant. This role offers 48 hours per week on a two-week rolling rota with four 12-hour day and night shifts, including alternate weekends. Full training and progression to QCF Level 5 are funded, with benefits such as Refer-a-Friend up to £1,000 and pension.

You will provide high-quality personal care, assist with medications, support daily living, build relationships and engage residents in activities to enrich their lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is required.
• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• Opportunities Available: Care Assistant to work 48 hours per week on a two weekly rolling rota, four twelve hour shifts per week, working a mixture of day and night shifts to include alternative weekends.
• Night Care Assistant to work 42 hours on a two weekly rolling rota (three nights week one and four nights week two) working from 8pm to 8am to include working alternative weekends.
• Bank Care Assistant with the flexibility to work as and when required to include day, night and weekend shifts.
