Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Care Assistant for Gorseway Nursing Home, Hayling Island. The role involves providing high-quality personal care, supporting daily living activities and building meaningful relationships with residents.

You will join a caring team delivering person-centred care, with fully funded training and development, a rotating 48-hour week schedule, and weekend shifts. Sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is required.
• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)

Opportunities Available

• Care Assistant – 48 hours per week on a two-weekly rolling rota, four 12-hour shifts per week, mixture of day and night shifts to include alternative weekends (Day shift: 8am-8pm; night shift: 8pm-8am).
• Night Care Assistant – 42 hours on a two-weekly rolling rota (three nights week one and four nights week two), working from 8pm to 8am to include working alternative weekends.
• Bank Care Assistant – flexibility to work as and when required, including day, night, and weekend shifts (Day: 8am to 8pm; night: 8pm to 8am). Previous experience working within a care home is required for the bank role.
