As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident. You will also be expected to practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
