Job summary

Coverage Care Services Limited is looking for caring, sensitive individuals to join our care team and support high quality service to our service users. You will follow a care plan for residents, provide personal care, administer medication and assist with meals, acting as a keyworker as needed.

Experience is ideal but not essential; we will help you develop the necessary skills. We offer weekend enhancements, training opportunities, and an Employee Assistance Programme, plus free staff uniform

Job description

We are looking for caring, sensitive, compassionate individuals to join our care team to support the delivery of a high quality service to our service users, enhancing their quality of life, whilst promoting independence. We provide person centered care which starts with a care plan for every resident. Documented in this are all the daily living activities needs and preferences; therefore your duties will include, personal care, being a keyworker, administering medication, assisting with meal times.
