Job summary

Coverage Care Services Ltd is seeking a Night Care Assistant to support residents during nocturnal hours in our care home. You will help with personal care, monitor wellbeing, and keep the home safe and calm through the night. A 2-week rolling rota includes working alternate weekends.

The role offers a competitive salary with weekend enhancements. Full training is provided; prior care experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to provide personal care and monitor residents at night.

Night Care Assistant

Night Care Assistants – 20 hours split over 2 weeks

We are looking for caring, sensitive, compassionate individuals to join our care team to support the delivery of a high quality service to our service users, enhancing their quality of life, whilst promoting independence. We provide person centered care which starts with a care plan for every resident. Documented in this are all the daily living activities needs and preferences; therefore your duties will include; ensuring the welfare of the residents at night including the security of the home, to undertake personal care, administering medication, and ensuring night paperwork is completed. Experience of caring for others in a care setting is ideal but not essential as we will help you to develop the skills you need.
