Job summary

Care Outlook Community is seeking a dedicated healthcare assistant to visit clients door-to-door, provide personal care, and help maintain independence in their own homes. You’ll build trusted relationships while delivering compassionate support.

The role includes assisting with washing, dressing, light housekeeping, and recording notes. Driving is required, with mileage paid; full and part-time hours available, 28 days leave, and a welcome bonus upon joining.

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• No prior experience required, training provided.

Shifts available for Care Assistants

• 07:00am - 14:00pm
• 16:00pm - 22:00pm
• 19:00pm - 22:00pm
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
