Job summary

Care Outlook Community is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide personal care to clients in their homes. You will build relationships, deliver compassionate support, and contribute to a positive, safe living environment.

The role offers guaranteed hours, weekend enhancements, and a welcome bonus. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required for travel across our covered areas.

Shifts Available For Care Assistants

• 07:00am – 14:00pm
• 16:00pm – 22:00pm
• 19:00pm - 22:00pm
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.
