Care Outlook Community is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to provide personal care and companionship in clients' homes across the area. You will build relationships, ensure dignity, and support daily activities while following care plans. The role includes door-to-door visits and driving between locations.
No experience is required as a comprehensive training programme is provided; full and part-time hours are available. Shifts vary, and weekend work is required.
Important Information - Sponsorship Available Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to sponsor candidates applying from outside the UK, as Home Office rules no longer permit the overseas recruitment of care workers. We may, however, consider candidates already living in the UK with valid immigration permission who are eligible to switch into the Skilled Worker route under the current transitional arrangements. All other applicants must hold a full, unrestricted right to work. Right to work and eligibility will be verified in line with Home Office guidance before any offer is confirmed.
As a healthcare assistant, you will be going from door to door providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.
As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.
No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
To support non-drivers, we offer an electric bike scheme with contributions towards the cost of a high-quality electric bike to help you get around for work.
