Job summary

Care Outlook Ltd is seeking a Care Assistant to provide door-to-door personal care to clients across the East Sussex area. You will build relationships, deliver support with daily living tasks, and contribute to safe, compassionate care in the community.

The role offers guaranteed contracted hours, weekend enhancements, a £300 refer-a-friend bonus, and full or part-time hours with DBS cost coverage and a company mobile phone.

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• No experience required; starters are provided with comprehensive training.

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

• 07:00am - 14:00pm
• 16:00pm - 22:00pm
• 19:00pm - 22:00pm
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
