Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is recruiting Care Assistants to work in the community across BN2, BN9, BN10 and BN25. This on-site UK role offers guaranteed contracted hours, and both full-time and part-time options, with hourly pay ranging from £13.84 to £15.97.

You will provide personal care, help with daily tasks, and build relationships with clients in their homes. Training is provided, DBS cost covered, and you’ll receive a company phone, 2-weekly payroll, and 28 days leave pro rata.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to work in clients' homes with flexibility and weekend shifts.
• No prior care experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including washing, toileting and dressing.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and document observations.
• Observe and record changes in clients' condition.

The Role:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

• 07:00am – 15:00pm
• 07:00am – 19:00pm
• 15:00pm – 22:00pm
• Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you’re available to do.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
