Job summary

Care Outlook Community is seeking a dedicated healthcare assistant to visit clients in the community, provide personal care, and build meaningful relationships to support independent living. This role offers guaranteed contracted hours and flexible full- or part-time shifts.

You will drive to client locations with a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, backed by comprehensive training, a welcome bonus, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team across East Sussex including

Shifts available for Care Assistants

• 07:00am - 14:00pm
• 16:00pm - 22:00pm
• 19:00pm - 22:00pm
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position. No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
