Job summary

Care Outlook Community is seeking a dedicated care assistant to visit clients in the community across Bexhill-on-Sea and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, build relationships, and support with daily tasks while delivering compassionate service.

No experience is required as a full training programme is provided; however, a full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential for visits across the area.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing).
• Performing light housekeeping tasks and monitoring client wellbeing.

Shifts Available For Care Assistants

• 07:00am – 14:00pm
• 16:00pm – 22:00pm
• 19:00pm - 22:00pm
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.
