Job summary

Bluebird Care in Gosport is recruiting a Care Assistant to help clients remain at home with dignity and independence. You will work either independently or as part of a supportive team to deliver compassionate daily living assistance tailored to each client’s needs.

We offer flexible shift patterns, paid travel time, mileage, sickness and compassionate leave, and extensive induction plus ongoing expert training. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are highly regarded for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
• Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

• Salary details: £14.00 - £21.00 per hour
