Job summary

Meadowvale Care Home is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant in Glasgow to support residents with daily living, personal care and mobility. You will work as part of a friendly team to deliver dignified, resident-centred care and maintain comfort and wellbeing for all residents.

Training and ongoing development are provided; PVG checks, pension options, uniform supplied and generous annual leave are available.

Care Assistant Contract £13.60 per hour Contracted to full time or part time hours per week Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
