Job summary

Haling Park Care Home in Croydon, part of Care Concern Group, is hiring a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and well-being, delivering dignified, person-centred care.

You will follow care plans, assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional support; full training and development provided. This role includes a 46-hour week contract, paid DBS pension, uniform, and 5.6 weeks annual leave.

Job description

Located in Croydon, London, our care home has been purposely built to support older people in making the most of every day. We provide Nursing, Residential, Dementia, Respite & Pallative Care for 62-residents.

Care Assistant Contract

• £12.71 per hour
• Contracted to 46 hours per week
• Paid DBS pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
