Job summary

Ardenlee Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is looking for a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care and support to residents. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans and help maintain dignity and wellbeing, in a welcoming team environment.

Salary is £13.60 per hour with full or part-time contracts, flexible hours, and a commitment to ongoing development. Benefits include PVG pension, uniform, and 5.6 weeks paid annual leave for full-time staff.

• Shift Times: 08:00AM - 20:00PM

• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
