Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking a Care Assistant at Longbridge Deverill Nursing Home to provide high-quality, person-centred care. You will support residents with daily living, personal care, mobility and nutrition, contributing to their dignity and wellbeing.

Full training and ongoing development are provided; the role involves working alternate weekends in a supportive team, with a commitment to respectful, compassionate care.

Job description

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.00 per hour
• Contracted to 45 hours per week
• Paid DBS pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
