McCarthy Stone is seeking a Part-time Care Assistant for its Rutherford House estate in Chalfont St Peter. In this rewarding role, you'll support older adults with domestic tasks and promote their independence.

Rutherford House in Chalfont St. Peter is a modern Retirement Living Plus development offering stunning 1 & 2 bedroom apartments for those over 70. Our residents are treated to all the facilities of the Retirement Living Plus development, including an on-site Bistro, landscaped gardens and car parking. There is also a Communal Lounge with free Wi-Fi and a wellbeing suite.

You will be working a mix of early shifts, and late shifts, including alternate weekends.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,
• Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
