Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a part-time Care Assistant at Roslyn Court, Ely. You will work 16 hours per week in a central, on-site role, supporting residents with daily tasks, wellbeing activities, and companionship. The position offers funded training and a pension, with benefits designed to help older adults live independently.

Expect evenings and weekend shifts on rotation, with pro-rata holiday and a focus on dignity and community engagement. Sponsorship is not available.

• 1+ year UK health and social care experience preferred.
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care is a plus but not essential.

Roslyn Court is located in the historic Cambridgeshire city of Ely. The complex includes one and two bedroom properties, which are spacious, stylish, and offer the benefits of Retirement Living PLUS. The estate has landscaped gardens, residents lounge with lots of community events, and there is also a fantastic Bistro style restaurant serving meals every day of the year.

You will be working a mix of early shifts, and late shifts, including alternate weekends.
