Job summary

McCarthy Stone’s Wardington Court in Northampton is seeking a Part-time Care Assistant to support residents with daily tasks and wellbeing. This on-site role offers a meaningful opportunity to help older adults live independently in a close-knit community.

You’ll work a mix of early and late shifts, including alternate weekends, with funded Level 2 or 3 training in Adult Care and a pro-rated 28 days of holiday. Enjoy on-site facilities and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.

Wardington Court

Wardington Court comprises 56 Assisted Living retirement apartments situated in close proximity to Kingsthorpe. The development also has a spacious homeowners’ lounge , and an on-site restaurant.

You will be working a mix of early shifts, and late shifts, including alternate weekends.
