Job summary

Cinnamon is recruiting a Care Assistant for DayShifts at Emerson Park, a luxurious care village in Hextable near Swanley. The role offers £13.17 per hour, full-time hours and includes alternate weekend working, with a range of company benefits.

You will care for residents in a warm, close-knit team, supporting independent living and dementia care with passion, reliability and a commitment to high-quality person-centred care. Induction and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications; willing to attend if not held.
• Experience as carers preferred; NVQ is advantageous.
• Comprehensive induction, mentorship, support and training provided to promote career development.

Responsibilities

• Look after residential and dementia residents as part of a care team.
• Work day and night shifts as required, with alternate weekend working.
• Promote choice, individuality and independence for residents.
• Support a close-knit team and maintain high standards of care.

Emerson Park is a luxurious Care Village situated in Hextable, near Swanley. This stunning care village comprises 47 independent living apartments as well as an 85 bedded nursing, residential and dementia care home.

• Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids
