Care Assistant

Location: Swanley, UK. Posted 2 months ago. Pay: £13.17 per Hour – Plus Company Benefits. Contract: Bank Contract.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and reliable care assistants to be part of our care team. Care assistants will look after our residential and dementia residents on an “as and when” basis to cover annual leave and ad‑hoc sickness. Rotas are planned in advance so you will receive notice of days/weeks to cover, which may include day and/or night shifts.

Our Care Assistants must have a real passion for care and want to work as part of a close‑knit team supporting each other, and promoting choice, individuality and independence for our residents at all times.

We are looking to recruit experienced care assistants, ideally with an NVQ qualification and a desire to further their career within our home. We offer a comprehensive induction, mentorship, support and training and encourage career development.

Person Specification

• Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids
• NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications or willingness to attend
