Job summary

Rivermede Court is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Care Assistants to join our close-knit team. You will support residential and dementia residents, delivering compassionate care on an as-and-when basis to cover annual leave and sickness.

Rotas are planned in advance with clear notice of work days and weeks. We value passion for care, teamwork, and the desire to support residents in maintaining choice, independence and dignity within a luxurious care environment.

Qualifications

• Physically and medically able to carry out duties with or without assistive aids.
• NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification.
• Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Care for residential and dementia residents as part of the care team.
• Cover annual leave and ad hoc sickness on an as and when basis.
• Rotas are planned in advance with notice of days/weeks to be worked.
• Support residents in promoting choice, individuality and independence.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and reliable carers to be part of our care team looking after our residential and dementia residents to work on an ‘as and when’ basis to cover annual leave and ad hoc sickness.
