Job summary

Earlsfield Court is a luxury 72-bed care home seeking enthusiastic Care Assistants to join our night shift team in full-time roles. We value passion for care, independence for residents, and working within a supportive team.

Experience is preferred with NVQ level 2 or equivalent; sponsorship is not offered. Comprehensive induction, mentorship, and training are provided to grow your career within our home.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications; willingness to attend training if not held.
• Physically and medically able to carry out duties, with or without assistive aids.
• Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to organise workload and work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents in a residential and dementia setting, supporting daily living needs.
• Work as part of a close-knit team to promote choice, individuality and independence for residents.
• Assist with routine care tasks and support retention of residents' dignity and comfort.
