Job summary

Oakley Grange in Warwick is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join a luxury residential and dementia care home. Pay is £15.10 per hour for a 42-hour week, including alternate weekend work, with a range of company benefits and structured induction.

Applicants should have NVQ level 3 (or equivalent), knowledge of CQC standards, supervisory experience, and medication administration qualifications. Two years’ experience with older people/dementia is desirable.

Oakley Grange is a luxurious residential and dementia care home based in Warwick offering state-of-the-art facilities, which include 66 large en-suite bedrooms and 5 luxury care suites. The home also features luxurious lounges and dining rooms, an on-site café bar, a cinema and a professional hair and beauty salon.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and reliable Senior Carers to be part of the care team looking after our residential and dementia residents.

Our team members must have a real passion for care and want to work as part of a close-knit team supporting each other, and wanting to promote choice, individuality and independence to our residents at all times.

We are looking to recruit experienced Senior Carers who hold a NVQ level 3 (or equivalent qualification) and have a sound knowledge of care legislation including CQC Fundamental Standards. You will have supervisory experience, Medication administration experience (& relevant qualification) as well as being a supportive mentor to the care assistants.
