Job summary

Advantage Healthcare Limited in Shepherd's Bush is seeking experienced night shift carers to support a young lady with multiple complex needs. You will assist with overnight repositioning, gastronomy care, oral suctioning and monitoring ventilation, ensuring safety and dignity.

The role offers full training, a DBS check covered, and clear career progression within CCH. Previous complex care exposure is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is essential, including PEG feeds.
• Knowledge of ventilation support (BiPAP) required.
• Competence in suctioning and chest physiotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overnight repositioning and gastronomy care.
• Provide oral suctioning and monitor ventilation.

What you'll do

The client is a delightful young lady who suffers from multiple complex needs that need to be monitored and cared for, you will required to assist with repositioning overnight, also providing gastronomy care, oral suctioning and monitoring ventilation.
