Job summary

Total Community Care, part of CCH, is seeking a caring and enthusiastic professional to support a client at home. The role involves PEG feeding, medication administration, personal care, and helping with social activities, shopping, and occasional travel to London.

You will join a warm household where empathy and high-quality care make a real difference. Full nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support are provided.

Qualifications

• Care experience is required and training will be provided.
• Empathy, energy and a passion for person-centred care are essential.

Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour

Shifts Available

Nights: Thursdays & Fridays - 8pm - 8am - Alternate Weekend Days Included

What you’ll do

We are looking for a confident, caring, and enthusiastic care professional to support our client in her family home. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll assist with PEG feeding, medication administration, personal care, and manual handling, while also supporting her to enjoy social activities, shopping trips, and occasional work travel to London. She lives with her parents, brother, and a friendly dog, animal lovers welcome!

This role is ideal for someone who brings empathy, energy, and a passion for person-centred care. You’ll be joining a warm, welcoming household where building strong relationships and delivering high-quality support truly makes a difference.
