Advantage Healthcare in Fetcham is seeking a compassionate complex care worker to support a child with cerebral palsy and a ventilated status at home. You will follow the care plan, manage tracheostomy and gastrostomy care, and provide daily suctioning in collaboration with a registered nurse.
You will join a nurse-supported team, receive full training and DBS cover, and have opportunities for progression within CCH UK.
Shifts:1 Night shift per week 9 pm - 7 am plus contingency cover
Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

What you’ll do
Be a part of a special care team delivering care to our client who is a delightful child with cerebral palsy and global developmental delay, to support him to reach his full potential. We are looking for a kind and gentle candidate who determination and patience.
You will deliver care in line with the care plan which includes tracheostomy management, care of the ventilated child, daily suctioning and gastrostomy care.
You will be supported byAdvantage HealthcareLondon branch and invited to attend regular supervisions and team meetings. A registered nurse will ensure you are competent in our client’s care needs and support with any clinical concerns and queries you may have.
