Quantum Care, Riverside Lodge in Rickmansworth, is recruiting a Care Assistant to join our welcoming team. We offer full-time and part-time permanent roles, with 20-35 hours per week, and pay £13.61 per hour on weekdays and £14.61 per hour on weekends. Shifts run 7:30am–2:30pm or 2:30pm–9:30pm, including weekends.

Qualifikationen

• It is not necessary to have previous experience in a similar care environment as long as you are an empathetic individual with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• You will undertake all aspects of caring for older people with compassion and respect to meet their physical, emotional and social needs.
• Our staff have access to induction training and ongoing development including qualifications.
• Care Home operates 24/7; you must be able to work shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• You must be aged 18 years or over to apply.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate person-centered care and support residents with respect and dignity to maintain independence.

What You’ll Bring

• It is not necessary to have previous experience of working in a similar care environment because, as long as you are an empathetic individual who has a positive attitude and good communication skills, our first-class training will do the rest.
• You will be able to undertake all aspects of caring for older people with compassion and respect in order to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents.
• Our staff have access to first class induction training and ongoing learning and development opportunities including the opportunity to work towards industry recognised qualifications.
• Our Homes operate on a 24/7, 365-day basis therefore you will need to be able to work shifts (including weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays).
• You must be aged 18 years or over to apply for this job.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support, including assistance with washing, dressing, grooming and toileting, as well as assisting with meals, hydration and nutritional care.
