Orchard Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for Castleford Lodge Care Home in Castleford. You will support residents with daily activities, ensuring dignity, respect and warmth in every interaction.

This role offers day shifts with 22–44 hours weekly and both full-time and part-time options. You will be part of a compassionate team delivering high-quality care, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and promoting a homely, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene.

• Observe and report changes in residents’ wellbeing.
• Act as a key worker for a group of residents and tailor care to individual preferences.
• Support new team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing
