Orchard Healthcare Group in Wakefield is seeking a Care Assistant for the Lofthouse Grange & Lodge Care Home. You will support residents with daily needs, provide personal care, assist with meals, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting and oral hygiene.
• Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings and appointments.

• Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' wellbeing.
• Acting as a key worker for a group of residents and tailoring care to individual needs.
• Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture.

As a Care Assistant at Lofthouse Grange & Lodge Care Home , you’ll be a vital part of our dedicated care team. You’ll support residents with their daily needs, always treating them with dignity, respect, and kindness. Your responsibilities will include:

What You'll Be Doing
