Job summary

Orchard Healthcare Group is seeking a caring Care Assistant for Nesfield Lodge Care Home, Leeds. You will support residents daily with respect, dignity and kindness, assisting with personal care and activities while working as part of a compassionate team.

The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care, with opportunities to grow professionally, participate in a supportive wellbeing program, and benefit from DBS checks and pension schemes offered by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting and oral hygiene.

• Observe and report changes in residents’ wellbeing.
• Act as a key worker for a group of residents to tailor care.

What You'll Be Doing
