Job summary

Orchard Healthcare Group in Castleford seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join Castleford Lodge. You will deliver person-centred nursing, assess and plan care, and work with the team to ensure high-quality support for residents with complex needs.

As part of our care team, you will mentor staff, maintain clinical governance, and liaise with families and external professionals to uphold standards and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating and maintaining person-centred care plans
• Administering medication safely and accurately

• Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Experienced in elderly care or nursing home settings
• Hold a current NMC registration (essential)
• With strong clinical knowledge and understanding of care planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, professional, and patient approach
• Ability to lead, support, and develop a team
