Job summary
Complete Care Amegreen is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to join our team. You will support the client at home with daily activities, personal care, and monitor tracheostomy and ventilation.
No care experience required; we provide full nurse-led training. Experience with tracheostomy and ventilation is beneficial but not essential. We offer DBS paid for, paid induction, career progression, and flexible family-friendly policies.

Job description
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant.
Our client lives at home with his partner and his children. He has Spinal Autonomic Dysreflexia, has a tracheostomy and also requires ventilation. He enjoys going out to bingo with his partner and care staff, and also spending time with his children.
You will support the client with day to day activities, supporting with all aspects of personal care and ensuring his tracheostomy and vent is monitored at all times.
You don’t need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion, and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training.
Experience working with tracheostomy and ventilation machines would be beneficial, but is not essential for this role, as training will be provided to you.
