Job summary
Complete Care Amegreen is seeking a friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a spinal cord injury client at home in Harwell. You will provide personal care, assist with daily routines and moving and handling, while learning under nurse-led training.
No prior complex care experience is required; we value care, compassion and resilience. Full training, induction, and ongoing career development are provided, with opportunities to progress into leadership roles.

Job description
We are looking for a friendly and communicative Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury in a home-based setting.
The client has a great sense of humour and enjoys playing computer games, watching movies, and engaging in conversation with staff. Someone who is personable, reliable, and shares similar interests would be ideal. Good communication skills are essential, and while experience in complex care is preferred, training can be provided for the right person.
