Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated care support worker to assist a social young person with Cerebral Palsy at college and social activities. You will provide personal care, mobility support, transport to and from college, and help the client to live as independently as possible.

Previous care experience is desirable, a full UK manual driving license is essential, and nurse-led training will be provided.

Job description

This role is supporting our client with Cerebral Palsy, they need support with personal care, bowel management, mobilisations, assisting them whilst attending college, including driving them to and from college and social activities. Our client enjoys a variety of activities, they are a social young person who lives with parents on site and you will be supporting them to live independently as possible.

Previous care experience is desirable. Experience supporting a young person is desirable. Excellent communication skills. UK full manual driving license is essential. Full Nurse Led training will be provided.

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Shifts Available: 7am to 8pm days and 7.30pm to 8am nights awake What we offer CCA is part of City & County Healthcare Group.
