Job summary

Care Santé Limited is hiring local Community Care Workers in Nottingham (NG6, NG8) to provide life-changing in-home care for vulnerable adults. Shifts include mornings 7am–3pm and evenings 4pm–10pm. Full and part-time positions available.

No prior experience is required; we provide full induction, ongoing training, and support to obtain recognised qualifications. A company mobile phone, paid holidays, and mileage allowance are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
• No previous care experience is necessary; you will be trained and supported to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Help with mobility and use/maintenance of aids and equipment.
• Do domestic tasks: beds, tidying, light cleaning, laundry, and managing commodes.

Job Description:

• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
• Support with administrating medication.
• Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care

Requirements:

• Have a right to work within the UK
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role
