Job summary

Care Santé Limited is seeking compassionate Care & Support Workers to make a difference in clients' lives at home in Whaley Bridge and surrounding areas. You'll provide personalised care, help people stay independent, and support families with a friendly, reliable team.

No prior care experience is required—the company provides full induction, ongoing training, and opportunities for career progression, plus mileage allowance, holiday pay, a pension, and a company mobile.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential).

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion.
• Supporting mobility and safe use of equipment.
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration.
• Prompting or administering medication per care plans.
• Carrying out light household duties including cleaning and laundry.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Encouraging independence and community participation.
• Delivering compassionate end-of-life care when required.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting wellbeing changes.

• £13.00 - £16.60 per hour (paid every two weeks)

We have both full-time and part-time positions available and would love you to become part of our supportive, family-focused team.

Typical Working Hours

• Morning shifts: 7:00am, 8:00am or until approximately 2:00pm–3:00pm
• Evening shifts: 4:00pm–10:00pm
• Alternate weekends

About The Role

As a Care & Support Worker, you'll provide personalised care and support that helps people remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

Your Role May Include

• Providing personal care with dignity, respect, and compassion

• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration

• Carrying out light household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and changing bedding

• Delivering compassionate end-of-life care when required
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting changes in wellbeing
