Valley Care by Care Sante is looking for Care and Support Workers to join our teams in Mansfield and nearby towns. We offer part-time and full-time roles with shifts such as mornings and evenings, and provide life-changing care to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

You will help with personal care, mobility, meal prep, medication support, and companionship. No previous experience required; full training provided and ongoing career progression in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (washing, bathing, toilet).

• Support with administering medication.
• Contribute to end-of-life care when needed.

Valley Care by Care Sante are looking for part time and full time Care and Support Workers working to join our care teams in the areas of:

• Mansfield
• Sutton-In-Ashfield
• Kirkby in Ashfield
• Shirebrook

We are looking for Care and Support Worker to join our family like team. We have a mixture of both part time and full time roles. You’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Our usual working shifts are:

• Mornings 7am - 3pm
• Evenings 4pm-10pm

Job Description:

• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
• Support with administrating medication.
• Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care

Requirements:

• Have a right to work within the UK
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred for this role
• No previous experience is necessary but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care
