Job summary

Care Santé Limited is seeking local Community Care Workers to join our team in Chesterfield, providing life-changing care in clients' own homes. We offer mornings and evenings shifts, with both part-time and full-time positions available, and no prior experience required as full training is provided.

You will work across personal care, mobility support, domestic tasks and meal preparation, delivering high-quality, respectful care with compassion and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Have a right to work within the UK.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
• Demonstrate genuine compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Help with mobility and use of aids and equipment for physical disabilities.
• Perform domestic tasks: making beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry, and emptying commodes.
• Support with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
• Assist with administration of medication.
• Contribute to a person’s end-of-life care when needed.

You'll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Our usual working shifts are:

• Mornings 7am-3pm
• Evenings 4pm-10pm
• Part time and full time available

Job Description:

• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
