Job summary

Care Santé Limited is seeking two Care and Support Workers to join our home care team in Long Eaton. You will provide life-changing care to vulnerable adults in their own homes, with waking night shifts from 10pm to 7am.

Full or part-time hours with full training offered, including induction and ongoing support. No prior experience is required; we value compassion, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering respectful, high-quality care to clients in need.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care tasks such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Support mobility and use of aids and equipment; help with daily living activities.
• Perform domestic tasks: making beds, tidying, light cleaning, laundry and waste removal.
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals and beverages.
• Assist with and monitor medication administration as directed.
• Support end-of-life care as appropriate.

You’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Our usual working shifts are:

• Sleep-in night shifts 10pm to 7am

Job Description:

• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
• Support with administrating medication.
• Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care
